You are responsible for HR compliance and governance for all German locations and advise the management based on German labour law at local and EMEA level You control cooperation with the works council, conduct negotiations on operating arrangements and accompany organisational changes You translate the business strategy into a clear personal strategy and a structured annual HR schedule in close cooperation with the location management You conduct transformation and change initiatives and implement EMEA-wide HR programs taking into account German framework conditions You guide the HR team professionally, coach the employees and ensure efficient, legally secure HR processes You are responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process in close coordination with Hiring managers and works council You advise managers and employees in complex labour law, organizational and personal business issues You control HR metrics, HR reports and collaboration with Payroll service providers as the basis of data-based decisions

You have completed their studies, recognised HR qualification or comparable training with relevant professional experience You bring well-founded HR experience, ideally in a generalistic or conductive HR function You have very good knowledge of German labour law, data protection (GDPR) and practical experience in cooperation with works councils You have proven experience in managing HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle You advise executives at eye level and act as a strong, solution-oriented Sparring partner You work structured, pragmatic and data-norientated and are sure to deal with HR systems and payroll processes You convince with clear communication, high integrity and decision-making power even in sensitive situations You communicate fluently in German and in English

Depending on the professional experience and qualification, EUR 70,000 to 80,000 plus 20% bonus (at 37.5h/week). .
