The “Securities Custody Services” division is responsible for the further development of the securities business services for client solutions, corporates and private customers bank. Main objectives of the unit are the internalization and integration of back-office activities incl. Building a back office technology platform and harmonisation of providers in the field of securities deposit services to create a simplified, standardized target model and subsequent operational operation of the target model.

Type of employment: Full or part-time possible In order to strengthen our team in the Backoffice we are looking for a dedicated specialist:in (m/w/d) in the Source Tax Service Self-employed tax processing of capital income (e.g. dividends, interest, fund income, divestments) Calculation, retention and deduction of capital income tax, solidarity allowance and, where appropriate, Church tax independent maintenance and testing of tax-relevant master data (e.g. exemption orders, NV certifications, tax status) Responsible implementation of annual audits of tax certificates Responsible handling of tax corrections, refunds and complaints Creation of tax reports and reports at internal and external bodies Proactive coordination with specialist departments, depot banks and, where appropriate, Financial institutions Participation in internal and external audits (e.g. revision, auditors) Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the tax environment Working with projects to optimize and automate business processes, implementing regulatory requirements Cooperation with IT teams to ensure that software updates match the operational requirements. Technical test support of changes: managing the implementation of system changes, including monitoring of test phases. Completed commercial training (e.g. bank merchant, investment fund merchant or similar) Professional experience in securities processing in the tax environment Solid expertise in securities types and settlement processes Self-employed, careful, structured and reliable operation Teamability and Communication Strength High level of commitment, sense of responsibility and responsible proactive work Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Very good knowledge of German and English
