You The executives and employees provide comprehensive advice and support in labour and collective bargaining matters. take on a wide range of examinations of personnel measures of the employees (employees in technology and administration as well as scientific staff:inside, including third-party staff). contribute to the personal and organizational preparation of new topics in the team. are contact persons: in the field of time management for absentee management (including the correspondence with social security institutions) and the master data management and administration of permissions. contribute with your ideas to the continuous improvement and further development of personal processes and digitization efforts.

You have completed university studies in the field of economics, economic law or a comparable field of expertise. As an alternative, a completed commercial training in connection with a degree to/from the personnel consultant:in or personnel specialist businesswoman/mann. ideally bring professional experience in a comparable position as well as legal knowledge with (especially TV-L, TzBfG, WissZeitVG, Remuneration Act) or are willing to work on these topics. have good English skills in word and writing (B2 level). have a passion for personal management and develop service-oriented solutions. keep an overview even on work-intensive days, coupled with a positive attitude and serenity.
