Fully qualified lawyer procurement, regulation and energy infrastructure projects (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our “Right & Risk Management” department, we are looking for a fixed term for two years at the Kassel site at the next possible time as part of a parental leave office.

You advise our specialist area of procurement in complex contract, procurement and project projects and support the participating specialist and project teams in legal issues along the entire procurement process. You analyze, design and negotiate demanding contracts. Not only do you have legal risks in mind, but you also recognise economic and strategic relationships and show practical possibilities for action. Together with internal and external stakeholders, You develop viable solutions and combine different interests in complex issues. You control external legal advisers, coordinate their use and ensure that their expertise is targeted in projects and decisions. You help develop our contractual standards, processes and legal structures and accompany innovative topics such as digitalization and legal technology. You are a reliable and solution-oriented Sparring partner for specialist areas and project teams. You communicate clearly, bindingly and at eye level, enter into negotiations and understand that different interests with diplomatic skill also lead to common solutions.

You have successfully completed your second legal state exam. You have several years of relevant professional experience in a corporate law department, an economic law firm or a comparable function and are experienced in supporting complex contract and project projects in a secure and solution-oriented manner. You have profound experience in the examination, analysis and negotiation of complex contracts. You understand that You consider legal issues not only from a legal perspective but also from an economic and strategic perspective. You have the pleasure of making sophisticated facts understandable and gaining different stakeholders for common solutions. You convince by a sovereign appearance, pronounced communication strength and negotiation skills. You work structured and pragmatically and keep an overview of demanding projects. You have knowledge of English and very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Knowledge in procurement, procurement or energy law is advantageous, but no compelling prerequisite.
