ID: REF261J The Vitos Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Haina is a specialist clinic designed for modern treatment methods for the treatment of mental disorders of adulthood. We offer diagnostics and therapy in the form of stationary, station equivalents, daily clinical and outpatient treatment. For our site in Haina we offer a job as a social worker (m/w/d) in part time for the protective station 31 on the elderly mentally ill people.

You take over the psychosocial, social and social-administrative advice and support of patients and relatives. You are also responsible for developing individual problem solutions/help plans. You are responsible for organisational, management and planning activities, reporting and documentation. You work in a network and are contact persons for social issues.

You have a degree in social work or a degree as a social worker (m/w/d) or a comparable degree. You have good knowledge of social law. Ideally, you are already bringing professional experience in working with mentally ill people. You have good IT skills and are safe to handle MS Office. Your strengths include sense of responsibility, empathy, high social competence and resilience. You are a team player and enjoy working with different professions.
