Guest service and communication Services and services of guests in our hotel bar (end shop), in the restaurant or on the roof terrace

Active communication with guests to recommend food and drinks

Professional handling of complaints and concerns of guests

Bar and Beverage Service Service of the hotel bar, including preparation and tasting of drinks for guests and service staff

Settlement of cash in the evening business, bar or roof terrace

Top-class service in our restaurant Oogland

Work area and sustainability Preparation of the work area before the start of the shift, including covering tables and filling of consumables

Careful cleansing and cleaning of the work area after stratification

Careful handling of resources and compliance with sustainable work practices

Additional focus Friendly and professional appearance in all areas of the hotel, especially in direct guest contact

Working with the team to ensure a smooth guest experience

Good knowledge of German communication with guests (basic sufficient)

Alternative: Good knowledge of English if German knowledge is insufficient

Experience in dealing with guests and complaints, ideally in gastronomy

2-5 years of professional experience in the gastronomy area preferred, cross beginners with comparable experience welcome

Communication strength, especially in evening service to recommend dishes and drinks

Flexibility for changing bets between breakfast service, evening business and roof terrace
