Maintenance Planner Construction Trades

Self-responsive and independent planning of maintenance measures for construction plants (in particular engineering works, track systems, civil engineering and construction engineering) including pre- and post-processing and participation in decreases and quality controls: Continuous evaluation of the inspection results (e.g. building checks, state assessments) and derivation of necessary maintenance measures that go beyond corrective maintenance Participation in the assessment of residual life of buildings and installations of the transport infrastructure in close coordination with the competent inspection bodies Self-creation of planning documents (performance descriptions, construction planning, construction phase concepts) for the implementation of maintenance measures in close coordination with the departments and operational bodies taking into account all safety-relevant and operational parameters (e.g. stoppages, traffic management, safety of work) in accordance with valid standards, regulations and regulations Participation in the production of annual development programmes and medium and long-term maintenance strategies Participation in the care and development of digital plant and building catasters Removal of optimization measures from completed construction and maintenance projects for continuous improvement of maintenance processes derivation of necessary measures in the context of technical risk management (e.g. in case of structural damage or deterioration) Participation in the definition of structural boundaries, restricted areas and structural conditions within the framework of basic renovation and maintenance measures Continuous evaluation of new construction processes, materials and technologies in terms of cost-effectiveness, sustainability and state of the art Planning and ensuring all necessary resources for the short-, medium- and long-term maintenance of the structures: Integrated consideration of all necessary resources in planning Assessment of own vs. external performance (Make-or-Buy decisions) for construction and maintenance Introduction and support of procurement processes (e.g. construction services, building materials, framework contracts) including participation in awards under applicable procurement rules Support for the introduction and further development of maintenance and asset management systems (e.g. digital building management, BIM approaches) Participation in process improvements and organisational development in maintenance Support in the control and coordination of corrective maintenance measures taking into account operational requirements

Completed degree (Bachelor / Bachelor Professional) in the field of civil engineering or comparable qualification (technical technician/master construction) with several years of experience in maintenance according to DIN 31051 Knowledge of the structure, function and life cycle of structures in the transport infrastructure (e.g. railways, bridges, stops) is desirable. Detailed knowledge about maintenance processes in construction (e.g. concrete repair, track and construction work, refurbishment procedures) Comprehensive knowledge of relevant rules and regulations (including BOStrab, VDV fonts, DIN/EN standards, HOAI, procurement law) Experience in the creation of tender and award documents for construction services Embossed strategic thinking and structured and analytical work Communication strength and enforcement and negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders Secure handling of relevant IT systems (e.g. MS Office, SAP, planning software, maintenance/asset management systems) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Suitability for safety-related activities (e.g. safety oversight) and health suitability in accordance with relevant guidelines driving licence class B
