Bremer Stadtreinigung AöR (DBS) is responsible for waste management and urban cleanliness in Bremen. Our tasks include waste logistics, the operation of recycling stations, container stalls and block landfill, urban cleanliness, road cleaning and winter services, and the operation of public toilets in Bremen. To the next possible the place is a Teamleiter*in für die Team (w/m/d) in full time/part time and indefinitely. The grouping takes place in the 9b TVöD pay group with an entry fee of EUR 3.676.89 per month. The main task of the team is to check compliance with regulations from the Waste Place Act by data comparisons and external service appointments. In addition, the team is responsible for consulting commercial customers and supporting projects on waste management systems.

Completed relevant studies and/or completed vocational training in commercial or manage professional sectors with multi-year relevant professional experience Professional experience in management functions Knowledge of waste management and supply and the surrounding areas of law are desirable Enforcement and Conflictability as well as experience in employee management and the further development of organisational units A high level of commitment, team capacity, social competence and intercultural competence Impressed citizen-friendly and service-oriented working Experience in the application of laws and standards An independent, independent and careful procedure Good MS Office and SAP Knowledge German in Word and Writing - at least language level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference
