Working Student Project Management Office SAP Transformation Project (m/f/d)

Strengthen our supply chain management in Munich (Germany) at the next possible time.

• Supporting the streamlead in the PMO in controlling and coordinating the project (status reporting, milestone tracking)

• Creation and maintenance of project documents, protocols and presentations (PowerPoint, Word) in close cooperation with the team

• Preparation and preparation of meetings (Agenda, participant management, logging)

• Participation in creating tickets (JIRA)

• Support for test coordination (RAT, UAT), documentation of test results and tracking of errors (SolMan)

• Support for stakeholder and communication management (distributor emails, SharePoint/Confluence-Pflege, Meetings)

• Ad hoc analyses and research to support decision-making processes

• Continuous studies of economics or similar studies

• First practical experience/interest in project management and/or SAP topics

• Safe handling of MS Office, experience with JIRA/SharePoint/Confluence, or similar tools of advantage

• Structured, reliable and independent operation

• Good time management, team skills and high learning readiness

• Good communication skills in German; very good knowledge of English
