Automotive Business Analyst (m/w/d)

ARRK Engineering is part of the international ARRK company association and specialized in product development. Within the ARRK company group we implement product developments from virtual development to prototypes and production in small series. We are looking for an automotive business analyst for a customer at the next possible time. The task is to act as a consultant and to transform development processes for our customers. For this purpose, concepts are created and coordinated with software developers. The programmed sizes are tested and rolled out in the departments. Analysis and structuring of complex processes in the automotive research and development environment Advising management in defining product visions Development and presentation of concrete ideas, requirements and solutions Organization of workshops with the various stakeholders (different departments, developer teams, etc.) Advising the participating specialist and IT bodies for the use of new technologies, validation of decisions and presentation of possibilities as well as joint implementation with different developer teams Accompanying software rollouts through requirement definition, test concepts, change management measures and support in the introduction to the departments

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification Professional experience as a Business Analyst and/or Solution Architect in IT projects Ability to translate into concrete conception for transfer to Dev team for IT implementation Ideally knowledge of product data management as well as the product development process Automotive background desirable German and English skills
