To strengthen our technical performance in the production environment, we are looking for an experienced and responsible managerial personality as:

You are responsible for all technical areas of the plant and ensure the safe, legally compliant and efficient operation of the plants and facilities (production, energy and supply systems (including mixing, filling, warehouse technology, building technology). Monitoring of occupational safety, plant safety and operator obligations (including DGUV, BetrSichV, AwSV, WHG), as well as planning, control and continuous development of preventive and corrective maintenance are your tasks. You are responsible for the systematic analysis of technical disorders, sustainable cause determination and derivation of effective storage measures. In addition, you are responsible for the management and implementation of technical modernization, rebuilding and investment projects at the plant and contribute to the further development of organizational and technical standards for all works and their implementation at the site. The monitoring and optimization of energy consumption in the sense of the energy management system (ISO 50001) and the further development of the technical organization in the sense of high plant availability and stable production processes complete your task.

You can present a completed study in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or process engineering or alternatively have a further education for the technician/in/master/in with several years of relevant professional experience. You have several years of experience in a technical management function in industrial production environments and have well-founded knowledge of maintenance, project management and operator requirements. Embossed problem-solving capability, high decision-making strength and structured working methods are of course for you. Your communication strength and the ability to convey technical topics clearly and solution-oriented round off your profile.
