Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) in Munich or Waldenburg You know the creditor accounting not only in detail, but you want to make processes even more active? Then you take a role in which you combine operational responsibility in creditor accounting with process thinking and digital development. In the day-to-day business, you’re thinking of a reliable, timely creditor accounting, and at the same time introducing your ideas to make accounting processes more efficient, transparent and sustainable. In doing so, you’re questioning existing processes, identifying optimization potentials and supporting digital solutions and modern workflows in the financial sector. Networking processes: Analysis of existing processes in creditor accounting and identification of optimization and digitization potentials Promoting digitalization: participation in the design, introduction and improvement of digital accounting and workflow processes to make manual processes more efficient and sustainable Operational control: settlement of current business incidents in the area of creditor accounting, in particular audit, confirmation and booking of accounts Glossary: Processing and coordination of open positions and clarification of differences in cooperation with internal and external contact persons Develop synergies: Close cross-departmental coordination with relevant disciplines to ensure efficient and transparent processes

Basics: completed commercial training with a focus on finance, accounting or comparable qualification Knowledge: professional experience in the accounting and good understanding of accounting processes and their (digital) optimization. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel as well as experience with SAP-FI or comparable ERP systems is advantageous Passion: Embossed interest in process optimization and digitization as well as openness for new, digital tools and AI-based applications Communication: German and good English skills Strengths: Accuracy, Accuracy and a Structured, Independent Operation
