You independently process operational and organisational tasks in the technical object management, in particular: Implementation of technical property management for assigned real estate Assessment and management of suppliers and professional complaint management Information and advice of Business Partners on technical issues Coordination, control and follow-up of technical measures Retrieval, monitoring, control and acceptance of external services Ensuring the quality of technical object master data Creation of customer and supplier reports (cost control, energy consumption) Foreign company management including performance control Ensuring timely performance detection Implementation of tenders, submissions and price levels Environmental and Energy Management Tasks Enforcement of warranty claims

Closed university degree or completed professional training (e.g. real estate businessman) with several years of relevant professional experience or many years of relevant professional experience Qualification as master or technician Funded knowledge in facility management and real estate management Very good user knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office High level of initiative and independent work Strongly pronounced analytical thinking Very good communication and presentation skills Embossed customer orientation and high service Teamability, flexibility and safe, binding occurrence Above-average readiness and loadability Good English knowledge of word and writing High quality and cost awareness Mobility and driving licence Class B Willingness to work in the function schedule as well as call readiness
