After the situation approach, the team supports up to 40 children in three groups from one year to the school entrance.

As part of your activity, you will accompany and promote the children on their way to self-confident and self-sponsored personalities. You plan educational offers and conduct them independently. In consultation with the institution management, you are responsible for managing tasks both in cooperation and in the representation of absence:

Pedagogical leadership: You shape and develop our pedagogical concept, promote cooperation with parents and strengthen your team. Staff management: Through feedback and development talks, you can ensure the optimal Kita everyday and the further development of your employees. Network care: You maintain contacts with universities, support and support educational professionals, trainees and cross-comers. Value orientation and self-management: You work according to our values, reflect your leadership role, continue to form and pursue your goals. Change management: You control change processes and promote the learning ability of your team.

You have completed training as a state-recognized educator or state-recognized educator or equivalent recognition as a pedagogical specialist and in the best case an additional qualification as a specialist:in or a scientific study (e.g. social education). You have very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) and are preferably familiar with software such as LucaNet, d.vinci, Haufe witness manager or Famly. Their understanding of values is characterized by tolerance and openness to the world. You communicate clearly and transparently your expectations to your employees:inside and use Supervision or Conflict Management Methods for challenges.
