You support our Chef de Rangs to offer our guests a first-class service at the same level. With your warm kind, you will treat our guests attentively and professionally. You pick up food and beverage orders and ensure smooth service. You prepare the daily mise en place carefully before and after. You work according to our high quality and service standards. You use the HACCP policies reliably. You book food and drinks in the cash register system and support the correct billing with the front office.

A completed training in the restaurant or hotel compartment or comparable professional experience in the upscale gastronomy. Pleasure to inspire people and to be hosts of conviction. Kindness, team spirit and a pronounced quality awareness. Very good knowledge of German and good English. Enthusiasm for the upscale gastronomy and the desire to develop you professionally and personally.
