Planning, creation and optimization of newsletters, email and marketing automation campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle for new customer acquisition and customer retention (CRM) Development and development of automated customer journeys incl. Segmentation, personalization and workflow design Analysis of relevant KPIs and A/B tests for deriving specific optimization measures Construction and maintenance of marketing automation setup (templates, forms, workflows and landing pages) Support for analytical CRM, e.g. for scoring models and predictive analytics close cooperation with CRM, product marketing and other specialist areas Ensuring compliance with data protection policies Support for complementary measures in digital marketing Interface to international contacts and coordination of service providers

completed studies or comparable training in marketing, communication or media with focus on digital marketing relevant experience in email marketing/marketing automation using common e-mail and automation tools, preferably with Evalanche Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably CAS genesisWorld) of advantage safe handling of KPI analyses, reporting, A/B testing and data-driven optimization technical basic understanding incl. HTML/CSS-Basics as well as basic knowledge of interfaces structured, independent functioning as well as high communication and coordination across teams pronounced hand-on mentality, analytical thinking and technical understanding very good German and English skills, other languages of advantage
