Who are we looking for: For our team “Energy & Generation” we are looking for a dedicated, motivated and qualified

Become part of our 10-person and professionally diverse team and actively shape the legal options of our specialist area by providing competent advice on all complex issues of energy supply. You can expect an open, cooperative team, an appreciation of each other and the opportunity to let your professional know-how flow directly into practical decisions.

Legal classification & operational implementation: You actively participate in energy-economic issues of electricity, gas and heat supply, anticipate practical legal foundations and accompany the implementation together with the departments. Contract management & external control: You control the process around framework contracts (e.g. EFET, HKN) and coordinate the creation, testing and implementation of the contracts. In the case of in-depth legal questions, you will specifically bind external specialists or firms to ensure practical solutions for the specialist sector. Legal examination & Regulatorik: You deal independently with questions from energy, civil, contract, competition, antitrust and insolvency law. New legal requirements, regulatory developments and internal processes with legal effect analyze you in practice and derive concrete recommendations for action, suggestions for decision-making and measures with a focus on fast, implementable results. AGB & Contract documents: The creation, revision and ongoing monitoring of contract documents, terms of participation and general and additional terms of business are within your responsibility. Make sure that documents are legally compliant, practical and quick to implement. Projects & Business Development: You actively participate in specialist and company-wide projects with energy-economic legal relevance and accompany the product, price and communication policy from a legal perspective. Data protection coordination: You take over the area-internal data protection coordination and control the professional contact persons to ensure a legally secure and at the same time practicable implementation. Knowledge & Network: Through the organization of in-house training and the establishment of a network in relevant associations (e.g. BDEW, VKU, bbh), you ensure knowledge transfer, orientation and legal action security.

Your qualification: You have a successfully completed degree in economic law or a comparable legal qualification. Your experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in the legal accompaniment of operational issues in an energy supply company and are used to assume independent responsibility, to set priorities and to adapt flexibly to new legal requirements.
