As Process Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the further development and optimization of the company-wide process management. Their focus is on the analysis, digitization and automation of processes and the definition of uniform standards. In addition, you can support specialist areas by consulting, coaching and controlling process circles. Description Analysis and optimization of existing processes with a focus on efficiency enhancement and digitization Identification and implementation of automation measures for process improvement Support and further development of the company-wide process management system Definition of standards for process analysis and modelling Advice and coaching of departments and process managers Administration of the process platform and control of the process control Organisation and moderation of process circles and committee meetings Measuring the effectiveness of improvement measures by determining personnel requirements

Completed studies in BWL, business informatics or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of experience in process management and process optimization Knowledge of process analysis, modeling and control High affinity for digital technologies and automation processes Analytical thinking, pronounced problem-solving competence and self-responsibility Communication strength, safe occurrence and experience in stakeholder management Knowledge of quality management systems is advantageous readiness for occasional travel between Karlsruhe and Stuttgart
