SIOP Specialist EMEA / SIOP Manager EMEA (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Ø Coordination and further development of the monthly S&OP/SIOP process throughout the EMEA region Ø Consolidation and validation of sales forecasts based on CRM data, order inventory, customer priorities and feedback from production sites Ø Ensure the quality, accuracy, completeness and up-to-date of the CRM and forecast data required for the SIOP process Ø Voting the expected demand with production capacities, material availability, delivery times and existing customer obligations Ø Enge cooperation with sales, production sites, supply chain, material planning, production planning and finance Ø Analysis of demand, capacity, supply and material risks and the development of resilient planning scenarios Ø Identification of bottlenecks, capacity overloads, underloads and necessary countermeasures Ø Preparation and moderation of demand reviews, supply and capacity reviews as well as regional Executive-SIOP meetings Ø Preparation of analyses, management reports, decision templates and relevant SIOP key figures Ø Follow-up of agreed measures and escalation of essential risks and necessary decisions Ø Support for standardization and continuous further development of SIOP processes at our EMEA locations Ø Support of the Global SIOP Director for regional and global SIOP topics as well as the acquisition of representation as needed

Your profile: Ø Complete study of business management, supply chain management, economic engineering, economics or comparable qualifications Ø Multiannual professional experience in S&OP or SIOP, Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Production Planning or Commercial Planning Ø Embossed understanding of the relationships between sales forecasts, order inventory, production capacities, material availability and delivery capability Ø Experience in an international production environment, ideally in cross-site cooperation Ø Embossed analytical skills as well as high data quality and reliable planning Ø Ability to translate complex data and operational relationships into clear recommendations for action Ø Embossed competence in stakeholder management as well as the ability to advance issues within an international matrix organization without direct disciplinary responsibility Ø Excellent communication, moderation and presentation skills Ø Safe handling of CRM, planning and reporting systems as well as advanced Excel skills; Experience with Power BI or comparable reporting solutions is advantageous Ø Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Ø German language skills; further European language skills are advantageous Ø readiness to travel regularly to our European production sites
