With a clear vision, we develop customer-oriented and innovative IT solutions that offer real benefits and react flexibly to dynamic market requirements. Our goal is to connect IT and business globally – from manufacturing to final assembly. In our team, architects and tech experts ensure that our production IT not only works but also remains sustainable. As a Capability Team, we work hand in hand with the product teams and ensure that our IT solutions meet the complex requirements and at the same time meet the strategic target. We act networked and serve as a link within the organization to share knowledge across the team. We promote a way of working quickly on changes and always focuses on people. These challenges include: Organisation of AI Events: Active support in the planning, organisation and implementation of internal AI events such as Townhalls, AI Cafés and other formats to promote knowledge sharing and networking

AI Use Cases MS Copilot Studio and n8n: Working with the Microsoft Power Platform and n8n to automate and optimize processes

Communication and Stakeholder Management: Support in preparing communication materials and presentations for different stakeholders

Meeting Management: Organization, Pre- and Refurbishment of Workshops and Meetings, including Protocol Management

Document Management: Care and Structure of Project Documentations and Knowledge Management Platforms

Ad hoc tasks: take over administrative and organisational tasks to relieve the team

The activity can begin from June 2026.

Students: You are a registered student (m/w/d) of economics, business informatics, engineering sciences or a comparable degree programme

Enthusiasm for modern technologies: You bring a strong passion for innovative technologies, especially in the field of AI and digital tools, with

Organizational institution: You have a strong organizational institution, especially for the planning and implementation of events

Teamplayer: You are a real team player who enjoys actively shaping and engaging our Capability Team

Agiles Mindset: Confidence with agile mindset and working methods such as Scrum/SAFe is advantageous

First experiences: Ideally, you have already gained first experience in project management, PMO or project coordination (e.g. through internships or student initiatives)

Analytical skills: You have a pronounced analytical and conceptual way of thinking and work structured

IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is of course for you. Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power Platform, n8n) are advantageous

Communication strength: You are high-communication, team-ready and are safe

Language knowledge: German and good English knowledge in word and writing

Working: A proactive, independent and reliable way of working
