We are looking for you for the Youth Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied as of 1 August 2025 and indefinitely.

The consulting center Stuttgart Münster, Mühlhausen, Hallschlag consists of an interdisciplinary team in which specialists from the fields of social education/social work, administration and psychology work. They are integrated into a team that secures the basic psychosocial care of citizens between 0 and 63 years in Stuttgart Münster, Mühlhausen, Hallschlag.

A job that enthuses you

• They provide information on the different activities of a consultancy centre and receive telephone calls
• to your area of responsibility is the reception and forwarding of the applicants to the relevant contact person in the advisory centre
• Database inputs and support of employees and management in statistics and documentation are your tasks
• They are responsible for the administration of the inbox and exit, the appointment coordination and the management of holiday and illness registers
• You are responsible for office administration

Your profile that fits us

• three-year vocational training as an administrative specialist or merchant for office management or another administrative or commercial vocational training or employee training I
• Pleasure of contact with citizens and adequate understanding of the different concerns of the seekers
• very good PC skills in MS Office programs and organizational skills
• experience in a secretariat is desirable
