We are looking for the next time Application Manager (m/w/d)

Place of use: Hannover Reference number: 2025-2160 Working time: Full time (unlimited)

Responsibility for the planning, implementation and further development of our internal applications Ensuring high system performance and availability and stability of applications Analysis of the requirements of the departments and derivation of efficient solution concepts Creation of technical specifications and structured documentation Control of changes to the applications – including risk analysis, tests, releases and rollouts Support for users:in case of malfunctions and questions as well as training Development of understandable user manuals, training materials and FAQs Close cooperation with external service providers, software providers and internal teams

A completed training in the IT environment or a comparable qualification as well as experience in application management Experience in handling ticket and ERP systems, CSM or ITIL Know-how in the administration of business applications – including interfaces, databases (SQL), web technologies and API management Routine in dealing with IT service management systems (ITSM/CSM), project methods and understanding of IT security and data protection Analytical Strength, Independent and Structured Operation Communication strength, team spirit and high service orientation towards internal users:
