As Senior Consultant Turnaround & Restructuring - Distressed M&A (m/w/d), you accompany clients in the preparation and implementation of business transactions in the crisis, thus contributing to the sustainable maintenance of companies and jobs. Acquise: You support the creation of pitch pads for the new acquisition. Analysis: You analyze markets, industries and business models in preparation for business transactions. Concept: You support the development of refurbishment sketches for companies in special situations and start all relevant process documents. Communication: As part of the project team, you are one of the partners:in for the stakeholders and take over investor communication incl. management talks. Participation: You accompany transaction processes and purchase contract negotiations until signing / closing.

Completion in Economics, Industrial Engineering or Economic Law At least two years of professional experience in M&A processes, ideally in the stressed M&A Number affinity, safe handling of MS Office, creative team player, desire for challenging projects High commitment, self-responsibility and targeted, agile functioning, sovereign communication with demanding target groups readiness to travel and joy in direct exchange and presentation in German and English (very good in word and writing)
