You have successfully completed an education or study in the IT field and brings at least three years of professional experience in a similar position with You have experience in support for Data Center (e.g. Storage, Compute, Back-up) You have excellent communication skills and are absolutely customer and service oriented You draw your attention through a reliable, structured way of working as well as distinct solution competence You are ideally familiar with ITIL and it is not a foreign language for you You have very good German and good English skills
