Optimisation of space occupancy in the buildings of the Clinical and Medical Faculty Developing training concepts and developing solutions for new space requirements Initiation of necessary structural adjustment measures and coordination of area acquisitions Accompanying ongoing appeal procedures and developing basic concepts for optimised land use (e.g. Desksharing) Management of spatial application and spatial commission

Complete study of the business management or in the field of facility management / architecture / civil engineering Wide planning understanding of processes and project management Knowledge of occupational safety and technical knowledge of structural requirements High abstraction capacity and analytical thinking to capture complex relationships Very good communication skills in German, written and oral Sovereign handling of all common computer and office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel High loadability and reliability as well as high self-responsibility
