Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – Winterhude About us Our predominantly outpatient housing and assistance offer currently supports 17 clients with mental, psychological and/or physical disabilities who live predominantly in one or two-room apartments. The residential district between Alster and Stadtpark is well connected to public transport (U1) and offers a colorful infrastructure. It awaits you a diverse and varied work with plenty of space for independent and creative work in a dedicated team. The focus of your work is on the personal and social assistance of our clients. In addition, assistance includes day-to-day nursing, domestic and advisory activities.

Creation of a resource-oriented assistance planning together with our clients and based on it in the team Organisation of personnel-centric, social-spatial assistance services Assistance in various internal and external activities, e.g. support in the household, shopping together, accompaniment in everyday and leisure activities Support in everyday assistance and primary care activities (body care and hygiene)
