HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

For our contract logistics location Hamburg Hausbruch as well as our Air,Ocean & Customs location Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel we are looking for a person as: HR Business Partner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

First respondent: Competent and Reliable HR Partner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for executives and employees (approximately 200-500 FTE) in all personal questions, taking into account legal requirements. Advice and control: Comprehensive advice in HR topics and control of central processes (e.g. performance, remuneration) in cooperation with the HR specialist departments. Strategic HR work: Proactive development of HR solutions and decision templates for strategic personnel planning. Partner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in operation: cooperation in the design of business agreements and constructive cooperation with the employee representation. Talent and change: support for employee development, support for fluctuation, absenteeism, recruitment and organisational changes as well as optimization of HR processes.

Education: Complete study of Business Administration / BWL, Business Psychology, Labour and Organizational Psychology or comparable. Experience: Long-standing experience as HR Business Partner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in a global matrix organization. Expertise: Solid knowledge of labour and social law and negotiation experience with works councils. Personality: Sovereign, sensitive and responsible in dealing with all employees. Skills: Good knowledge of English and safe handling of MS Office and HR systems; team-oriented and joy in a dynamic, international environment.
