Assembly Manager / Team Leader / Senior Fitter (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Responsibility with ground liability Team leadership: You coordinate your team on site and are the first contact person for your employees. Interface: You will see the bridge between the construction site and our back office as well as the local customers. Quality check: You make sure the assembly specifications are complied with and the safety is at the top. Progress: You document the project stand easily and digitally

This brings you with: Experience instead of Diploma We don't need an academic title, but someone who knows how steel construction and assembly works in practice: Foundation: You have a completed training in the metal sector (e.g. Schlosser, Metallbauer, Konstruktionsmechaniker) or you have many years of experience as a senior engineer. Leadership: You have a natural appearance, can delegate tasks and stay calm when it gets stressful. Journey: Worldwide missions are not a problem for you and you like to discover new places. Language: You are sure to speak German, basic knowledge of English is important for our international construction sites. Hands-on: You are not too bad to pack yourself when it burns. Driving permit: Class B / 3 is mandatory
