(Junior) Specialist (m/w/d) Ulm

Your tasks in our team Active search and address of freelance engineering and IT specialists: inside business networks (XING, LinkedIN, freelancermap.de etc.) and our internal database Implementation of telephone and personal training calls Creation of project invitations and performance profiles Negotiations on pricing and framework conditions with suppliers and freelancers:inside Supporting the team in new customer acquisition by proactive profile presentations and maintaining open customer requests together with the team Building a long-term network and regular contact care

How to convince us Completed vocational training, study or comparable qualification Ideally first experiences in recruiting, active search and/or contracting A dynamic, creative and humorous way of working and team orientation We are open to communicative cross-comers with affinity to technology Very good German and good English skills Communication joy and persuasiveness
