The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn, federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). In dialogue with our customers, we shape the way to climate-neutral real estate management.

They are responsible for the technical building management of real estate of the federal government, for example for customs and THW buildings in East Saxony. They create and optimize operator and management concepts to ensure a sustainable and legally secure operation of the technical building equipment. You will also take into account the renewal of the technical installations and follow the business principles and the relevant structural and technical regulations. They document the installations, record their condition and determine the maintenance requirements. They take over the operator responsibility for the technical installations. They conclude maintenance and service contracts for technical installations and TGM service contracts and monitor their implementation. They plan, commission and accompany maintenance, repair and repair work. They coordinate and carry out regular and extraordinary inspections as soon as notifications of damage or deficiencies are received. They support the overall responsibility of electrical specialists in the organisational and supervisory responsibility, are professional contact persons*in the team for electrical specialists and electrotechnically instructed persons, create risk assessments and organize the resulting tests of the stationary electrical installations.
