Specialist HR-Analytics & -Systeme (m/w/d) Prepare and analyze HR data to support sound HR policy decisions and further develop HR reporting Target group-oriented and data-protection-compliant communication of analysis results, including derivation of action recommendations and advice in the interpretation of HR data Accompanying and working in HR projects around SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Employee Central Conducting data surveys and analyses in the field of Compensation and Pay Structures Working with the support of personnel and cost planning in the context of business planning

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, business informatics or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in a comparable role in the environment of HR Analytics or HR Controlling Professional experience in structuring and handling complex data structures and ideally in the preparation and analysis of compensation and payroll structures Founded project experience in handling operational HR software solutions and tools Good knowledge of SAP HCM, the SuccessFactors Suite (including Employee Central) and the use of databases Deep understanding for dealing with numbers and enthusiasm for analytical issues
