For the organization unit operation control u. Harvest/Host-SEU we are looking for the next possible date for the Hanover or Münster site z/OS system specialist for software development environments (m/w/d)

As a department, we are responsible for the design, updating and optimization of procedures, applications, tools and guidelines for the host software development environment (Host-SEU). Other focuses are on OSPlus release, web and Windows bundles, as well as application responsibility for Harvest.

Development and modernisation of procedures and tools for z/OS application development Working with the development and documentation of transfer/acquisition processes for z/OS systems (in cooperation and coordination with production) to automate the Lifecycle software Cooperation in the preparation and development of the conception and optimization of the processes Creation of specialist concepts and pre-studies Implementation of training for the users of the host development tools Participation in cross-disciplinary tasks

Complete technical studies of computer science, mathematics or physics or comparable training and at least two to three years of professional experience Knowledge of z/OS, ISPF, JCL, Db2 and REXX Knowledge of Cobol, BMC AMI DevX Code Pipeline (formerly ''ISPW') or the willingness to acquire these Cobol identifiers Good knowledge of English Self-responsible, solution-oriented work paired with high self-initiative, creativity and pronounced communication strength Teamability and social competence as well as curiosity and motivation to explore new topics and actively shape changes
