Responsibility for the care and further development of Employer Branding as a central contact person for our international colleagues Support and strategic development of our social media recruiting Strategic development of our presence on the labour market and cooperation with job portals Advising our German subsidiaries and national organisations in personal marketing topics as well as support in the implementation of media and recruiting campaigns Supporting our application management system (SAP SuccessFactors) Recommendations for optimizing our employer presence and recruiting measures based on regular analyses and reporting

Graduate degree with a focus on marketing and human resources or training with relevant professional experience in the field mentioned Experience in employer branding and personal marketing in a globally active company Experience in dealing with social media and relevant tools Conceptual skills, analytical thinking, structured working, organisational ability and trend-sense Teamability and service-oriented thinking German and English skills MS Office knowledge
