Head of Concession and Municipal Management (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of local management and, if necessary, other subject areas in a management board Develop and implement strategic goals in terms of our concessional municipalities Creating concession applications, leading accompanying and organizing concession procedures as well as negotiating concession contracts incl. Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual provisions Developing and implementing strategies for securing and expanding property areas Creating reports and policy templates for management and other decision-makers Care and development of relationships with local partners and other stakeholders Takeover of board functions in joint companies Advising municipal bodies in all technical questions

A successfully completed degree as a lawyer/economy lawyer, business economist or a comparable degree course Multiannual professional experience in concession management, ideally in an energy supply company Funded knowledge in the field of municipal financial and budgetary law and concession law Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills as well as high communication and negotiation competence Practical experience in project management combined with leadership experience A safe handling of MS Office and common IT applications
