Operational Technology Security Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for carrying out risk analysis and implementation of measures under the Business Continuity Management (KRITIS) to ensure business continuity at the Leppersdorf site in accordance with §30 BSIG-E. Furthermore, you take over the planning and implementation of security measures based on our established ISMS to minimize risks for OT and operations. You are responsible for coordinating activities, projects and incidents within the Business Unit Leppersdorf. You shall ensure the implementation of external and internal information security requirements relating to NIS-2. You are also responsible for reporting and tracking incidents, such as unplanned system failures and cybercrime. In your role, you act as an interface between the local business unit Leppersdorf and the central information security team of the company group Theo Müller.

You have completed their studies or training in the field of engineering, automation, electrical or communications technology or comparable. Multiannual professional experience, ideally with knowledge in project and risk management, can be presented. Your strong sense of automation and control technology and the associated operating and cyber risks makes you a valuable addition to our company. You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, resilience and team capacity. A safe and communicative appearance in German completes your profile. Good knowledge of English is advantageous.
