Responsibility for the development and continuous optimization of modern production processes Drive digitalization forward by identifying and implementing efficient digital solutions Independent management of improvement and automation projects Close cooperation with various disciplines for the sustainable optimization of processes and processes Conducting time recordings and process analyses to increase efficiency (e.g.: REFA) Development of internal logistics and material flow concepts Planning and optimization of hall layouts Support for all industrial engineering topics in operational daily business Support and further development of the ERP system LN including master data management and module implementation Implementation of feasibility analyses and monitoring of technical release processes Participation in investment and resource planning for successful implementation of strategic projects

Successfully completed training in the technical field (electricity, mechanics or mechatronics), ideally with further training to the technician (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Individually responsible, structured and precise operation Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems Safe handling of CAD software of advantage Communication strength, team spirit and a solution-oriented approach
