As Senior Process Manager (m/w/d), you create central business processes of energy and heating cost accounting – a core element of our business with direct influence on efficiency, scalability and customer satisfaction. You analyze, develop and optimize end-to-end processes along the entire value chain and ensure that strategic objectives are effectively translated into operational improvements. You work closely with operating units, management and relevant interfaces and take an active role in the further development of our processes and structures. In this role, you analyze, shape and optimize processes in our operating units with a focus on billing and field service You actively work in existing system landscapes and pursue the claim not only to understand them, but to consistently improve them You identify process breaks, inefficiencies and risks and derive concrete, pragmatic measures – even without elaborate IT adjustments Processes you consistently think of end-to-end across system, roller and area boundaries and keeps the entire process from triggering to outcome in view You drive forward the implementation of the measures independently – from analysis to sustainable anchoring in everyday operational life In close cooperation with employees of the operational units as well as with executives and management, you ensure the effectiveness of the changes You take responsibility for (partial) projects and tax them independently

You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification as well as professional experience in a consultancy with a focus on optimising operational processes or alternatively experience in heating and auxiliary cost accounting You are familiar with the optimization of organizational business processes in complex organizational and systemic structures With your strong implementation strength, high self-responsibility and tangible drive, you can really advance topics At the same time, your motivation is to work you deep into processes, systems and operational details A strong consulting and change mindset that is characterized by solution orientation, commitment and persistence, you combine with your conceptual strength and strategic view for the whole You combine a structured, analytical way with pragmatism and a sense of decision as well as the willingness to take responsibility, even without a formal leadership role. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English as well as your ability to communicate on all levels in a sovereign and clear manner – from employees in the operational units to management You bring traveling readiness within Germany (Leipzig, Essen, Berlin) and Poland (Kattowitz / Gliwice) with Industry knowledge, e.g. in measurement services, field service, accounting services or the real estate industry, are desirable
