IT Administrator as Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

You're not looking for an IT job in which you primarily process tickets or manage classic infrastructure all day? As an IT administrator (m/w/d) you become part of our IT team and shape our digital workflows, integrations and AI-based processes.

Process automation & Low/No code: You convert predefined automation potentials and design workflows (e.g. with make, n8n or comparable platforms) Integrations & Data Flows: You connect systems and tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Workspace, Asana) via APIs, Webhooks, Auth/Keys, data models and trigger logics – with the goal: less manual steps, higher data quality Bringing AI into practice: you integrierst AI language models (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini or the like) in concrete workflows – including prompt logic, role/right concepts and pragmatic quality checks. SaaS/Cloud Administration (context-related): You enter our SaaS & Cloud landscape where it is relevant for automation, integration and security Basic support: In everyday life, you will also help with operating questions and in upstream IT cases when it jams

Qualification: Education in the IT field/studies (e.g. (economic) informatics) or another way, optimally with first practical experience Focus of experience: You have great interest in process automation and/or system integration as well as first detectable experiences in these areas Tooling: You know Make, n8n, Zapier, or comparable tools and can not only “click” workflows, but cleanly structure and operate Technical foundation: terms like API-Key, OAuth, Webhook, JSON are not foreign words for you AI practice: You don't use KI as a buzzword, but as a tool and could already implement AI-based workflows (e.g. classification, extraction, summary, assistance processes) Working method: Analytical, structured, solution-oriented – you can translate complex requirements into feasible technical steps Try-and-errorism mentality: It doesn't always have to work for the first time. You're enjoying experimentation and stay on the ball and if you need alternative tools
