You lead a team of specialists in damage regulation, save travel health insurance. Benefits from plus and premium membership are also part of your area of responsibility. You release damage payments and are responsible for internal quality assurance (test lists, other control systems) and the quality assurance of service providers. You ensure the conditional damage regulation of the AKS division (incl. seasonal fluctuations). You optimize the workflows and cooperation with interfaces.

You have completed training to the businessman for insurance and finance (w|m|d) with additional qualification insurance specialist (w|m|d) or comparable degree. In addition, you have many years of professional experience in damage regulation (ideally in travel health insurance) as well as leadership experience.
