Head (m/w/d) Alarm Receiver (AES) – ID: 14269 Place of use: Type of employment: Full-time

Management of the alarm reception unit & of the service on the basis of the applicable laws, standards (including EN 50518), directives and regulations Processing of all measures and definitions of alarm instructions related to incoming alerts or other dangerous events Use and leadership of the intervention forces in the pursuit of danger messages signaled by EMA / BMA / UMA / AWAG safeguarding a complete demonstration based on the valid service instruction Cooperation in the associations of the security industry and professional associations of security technology (e.g. BHE, VdS, BDSW) would be desirable Monitoring of the incoming messages at the reception center as well as switching on hazardous alarm systems Creation of work processes, introduction of measures and documentation of actions and procedures

Technical training (electronic technology or telecommunications) Multiannual professional experience in the management of certified management bodies, including first experience in leadership VdS certified exam as leading NSL specialist Experience and handling in processes of hazard management systems such as AM/WIN, DLS4000 Independent, structured working style, high number affinity, team skills and commitment Embossed customer and service orientation paired with high communication capability Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing A police certificate without entry and driving licence Class B
