A completed study of (social) pedagogy, nursing science and/or a comparable degree and/or training as a health and nursing agent (m/w/d) Experience in managing projects, ideally in the social field Knowledge of the right to grant and the organisation of support offers Embossed leadership and team skills Organizational talent, sovereign appearance and communication strength Safe handling of computer applications, ideally Vivendi Regional knowledge of social infrastructure readiness for continuous further development A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
