The KFE is a 100% subsidiary of the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) - one of the most modern clinics in Europe that combines top-level medicine, research and teaching under one roof. For the UKE, we plan, build and operate with more than 200 employees: the property on an area of 34 hectares with over 90 buildings and around 23,000 rooms. As part of these tasks we are looking for:

The activity is assigned to the operating management. The operating management is responsible for the operating daily business with our teams of sanitary, air-conditioning, heating, electrical, building control and power plant as well as locksmiths and mechanics. The individual units are responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of all properties belonging to the UKE group.

This is what awaits you:

• Technical care of sun protection systems, mechanically and electrically operated doors, windows etc.
• Maintenance, inspection and testing of plants
• Analysis of errors and disturbances as well as locating damage
• Disruption and maintenance of repairs
• Optimization of plant components
• Support of access control system (primion)
• Contact for customers and service providers
• Participation in readiness

Take this with you:

• Complete vocational training for metal builders, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, locksmiths or a comparable qualification
• Required further education on the subject of electrical engineering EuP
• Structured, reliable and flexible working methods and outcome- and cost-oriented action
