You also evaluate complex buildings and sophisticated objects professionally and thus contribute significantly to growth and stability. Your field of action Document analysis and evaluation procedures You analyse the available documents and determine the nature of the assessment procedure and the scope of the expert opinions for special properties (commercial, management and operator real estate). You plausitise foreign assessments and check existing valuations. Here you will analyze further economic documents. Compilation of expert opinions on the loan value You shall draw up reports of complex real estate and special properties in accordance with the requirements of BelWertV or other occupancy principles. You shall formulate the opinions on the assessment-relevant issues. Determination of relevant factors You determine all value-relevant factors by your analysis, as well as object visit. You commission external visits within the scope of the expert evaluation. Testing of structures You will check the status of buildings in project developments. Communication with internal and external partners You communicate with internal and external bodies about the concerns of the property to be assessed. You are contact persons for all questions regarding the determination of the loan value.
