Specialist Consultant for Compression Therapy in Home Visits/Field Service – Lateral Entry Possible (m/f/d)

On your home visits and in our Chemnitz branch in the Neefestr. Not only do you carry out the measurement of compression stockings, but you also offer comprehensive consultations on phlebological and lymphological compression products. Your consulting skills are used to inform customers about compression supplies and to find a suitable and individual solution. To ensure that everything goes smoothly, you take care of the ordering of the goods, documenting the relevant data and the delivery of the goods and aftercare of the customers. In your role, you also take responsibility for the acquisition of new entrants, physiotherapy etc. and plead the contact with existing customers.

Your self-motivation and structured work will enable you to act successfully in the field service and take responsibility. You convince with communication strength and sensitivity in dealing with patients, while you always show a high customer orientation. With basic skills in handling iPad and MS Office and a class B driver's license, you are well equipped for the field service. Ideally, your professional experience in the field service will be complemented by your basic knowledge of medical and orthopedic products as well as certificates in the compression hull supply. You have excellent knowledge of German in word and writing that will help you communicate even in challenging situations.
