Your perspective As the head of our field of construction financing (presence and platform business), real estate agency and generation consultancy, you take over a central leadership and control function within the Volksbank Überlingen. In this key role, you actively shape the strategic and operational development of your areas and thereby decisively shape the consulting and quality understanding of our bank. You are responsible for the professional and personal leadership of a dedicated team of experts as well as the further development of our consulting processes – both in personal customer consulting and via digital platforms. With your know-how, you strengthen the market position of the Volksbank Überlingen, promote cross-departmental cooperation and ensure that our members and customers are self-sufficient, need-oriented and excellently advised. You provide impulses for growth, efficiency and customer proximity and contribute significantly to aligning our performance fields with sustainable, economic and customer-oriented.

Your qualifications You have completed bank training as well as further professional qualification (e.g. bank business economist, financial training, real estate or construction financing specialisation) or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in building finance consulting, real estate agency or generation consulting – ideally in combination. Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical strength, sense of responsibility and a sovereign appearance are what you distinguish. You are a leading personality that makes clear decisions, gives orientation and motivates employees. As a communicative networker, you maintain internal and external cooperations and manage to combine different perspectives in a solution-oriented manner. First leadership experience is an advantage – as well as the ability to develop and successfully manage consulting teams.
