In your role as Head of HVAC Cable System Engineering, you advise and support the Engineering Team in all areas of AC Onshore Engineering. Other tasks are: Guidance and development of engineers in the field of high-voltage cable systems AC Technical responsibility for offering and project documentation in the Onshore Markt Control and clarification of technical specifications with customers Project management for project meetings with customers Testing of customer specifications for cable systems (tender documents) on technical feasibility Development of technical offers including test plans and method descriptions for Mondays Creation of the corresponding system design including clothing Support of the sales department in technical negotiations and quality improvement in tenders

To support us, you should bring the following features: Successfully completed diploma or master degree as an electrical engineering engineer or master of business administration with the focus on engineering

Including professional experience in high-voltage technology/projects

Target-oriented, independent and structured working methods as well as customer orientation and pronounced communication skills

Experience in modeling cable systems and relevant standards as well as common software such as MS Office, Comsol and Matlab

Team spirit, reliability, discretion and loyalty as well as flexibility and international readiness

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
