Working student/student assistant in human resources (m/f/d)

To strengthen our internal team in Wuppertal, we are looking for as soon as possible a student/Studentische Aushilfe (m/w/d) for general staff management with flexible Working hours between 08.00-17.00.

They have first experience in personnel handling, know the processes and ideally bring experience in Employee registration? Then we look forward to you to meet.

Your duties

• Selection and support of employees
• Conducting interviews and interviews
• preparation of employment contracts, additional agreements and Application documents
• Telephone headquarters
• Contact persons for employees and applicants in all personal questions
• Maintenance and updating of data in applicants and Staff management system
• Support for administrative and organisational Activities in daily business

Your profile

• Experience in personnel handling, ideally in the field Transfer of employees

• Secure and professional appearance to customers, applicants and employees

• Perfect knowledge of German in word and writing
• Secure handling of current MS Office applications
