You lead and develop your team with a view to quality, motivation and compliance with all HSEQ requirements With your organizational skills, you make sure that all security services are provided smoothly, legally compliant, documented and in compliance with our process guidelines You enter our customers operationally, implement additional services professionally and advance continuous improvements Application and layer planning are also part of your responsibility – working closely with internal interfaces You recruit new team members, introduce them and arrange for a sound incorporation In cooperation with cooperation partners, you take over the control and accompany the transfer of external power to your own power

You have a completed qualification or training in the field of security – you have at least the subject examination according to § 34 a GewO - ideally tested protection and security (IHK) or with a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the security industry, as well as the routine in leadership of teams Also in challenging situations you stay calm, meet clear decisions and communicate confidently on all levels Your understanding of business relationships and your knowledge in the security industry help you to efficiently shape processes You have a class B licence and are ready to be flexible in your region
