Sales Manager Collectibles / Philately (m/f/d)

You take over the leadership of a team and control the Stamps section operationally and economically. The focus is on a market-oriented assortment, good supplier relations, clear processes and the further development of commercial offers. Your duties include: Leadership of a team of about 10 employees Control of assortment, sales, inventory and result Selection and development of commercial offers Negotiations with suppliers and partners Organisation of operations, priorities and daily business close cooperation with purchasing, marketing and management

You have leadership experience, commercial understanding and joy in selling. You are interested in stamps, collection products or historical themes and are keen to get involved in this particular market. Important are: Experience in leadership, sales, purchasing, trading or a commercial environment Feeling for customers, prices, margins and product attractiveness Negotiating skills in dealing with suppliers clear, reliable and ground-based operation Pleasure to take responsibility and advance topics You don't have to be a designated philately expert.
