For our sales department Customer Center we are looking for a motivated one at the next time Consultant (m/w/d) Your main tasks: Full consultation and support of business customers via digital personal channels, especially via telephone and video Analysis of individual customer requirements and development of tailor-made financial solutions and offers Own-responsible preparation, implementation and documentation of consultancy discussions in compliance with defined quality standards Accompanying customers in their financial projects and building sustainable customer relationships Identification of counselling and integration of specialists in further consulting needs Active expansion of existing customer connections and acquisition of new business customers Processing of incoming customer requests and maintenance of relevant task lists Maintenance, documentation and updating of customer and sales data in the systems used Participation in the further development of digital business customer consulting and support for sales measures and projects

Your profile: Successfully completed banking training or a comparable qualification in the financial services environment Experience in customer consulting, ideally in company, business or club customer business Pleasure to advise and support customers through digital personal channels and to build long-term customer relationships High digital affinity and enthusiasm for modern consulting and communication channels Good knowledge of banking and related products and relevant financial services for business customers Embossed sales orientation and the ability to identify customer needs and offer customized solutions Sovereign and binding occurrence as well as pronounced communication strength, also in video and telephone calls High customer and service orientation as well as empathy in dealing with different customer groups Self-employed, structured and responsible work Team spirit, readiness and openness for new digital developments and changes
